Refund & Return Policy

At Veltoplus, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with all tags and labels attached

    • In original packaging

  • Final sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for any such restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or sizing issues, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first at support@veltoplus.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@veltoplus.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
